Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive

. Conduct sales planning and generate sales strategies to provide accurate and competitive cost estimations in order to achieve sales annual target and growth.

. Visitation program to obtain customer feedback and analyse needs.

. Seek opportunities for product enhancements.

. Analyse customer needs and requirements and prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on product fit and price.

. Preparation, submission, and negotiation of tenders.

. Monitoring of market, clients, and competitive situation, including tender specific information, products, prices, personnel and relationships etc.

. Ensures that the quality of equipment delivered to clients fulfills the contract's requirements and Schindler's quality and safety standard.

. Ensure compliance to Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures and requirements of the Sales process
