Role Description The Sales Executive role is a remote, contract position responsible for driving adoption of Phoenix Global Education's platform among students, universities, and partner organizations. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls and product demos, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and providing feedback from the market to support product improvement. The Sales Executive will also prepare proposals, negotiate terms within established guidelines, track performance using CRM tools, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in edtech, education, or technology-driven services.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in virtual and in-person settings.
- Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and CRM or sales management platforms.
- Ability to understand and explain technology solutions, particularly AI and immersive or virtual platforms.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently toward clear sales targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in international education, student recruitment, or university partnerships is an advantage.
