Job Description: Sales Executive (Medical / Diagnostics)

The Role: More Than Just Sales 

As a Sales Executive, you won't just be dropping off brochures. Because we are actively shaping an entirely new market for gut health, you will need to become a trusted product specialist and the definitive gut health expert in the eyes of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). 

This is a highly dynamic role with deep cross-functional exposure. You will collaborate daily across Marketing, Tech, and Medical/Scientific teams to build a robust, data-driven ecosystem for our portfolio, which spans advanced gut microbiome testing, targeted probiotics, and Microbiome Restoration Therapy (MRT aka Fecal Microbiota Transplant). 

This role reports directly to the Sales Lead.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Accelerate Growth: Drive revenue by introducing and expanding AMILI's cutting-edge products and services to healthcare professionals, private clinics, and major medical institutions across Singapore. 
  • Act as the Clinical Expert: Conduct sophisticated product presentations, scientific discussions, and demonstrations with HCPs, positioning yourself as their primary resource for microbiome science. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal Marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns, work with Tech to optimize data delivery/reporting, and align with Medical/Scientific teams to stay ahead of clinical trends. 
  • Territory Strategy: Analyze sales performance and market intelligence to identify untapped business opportunities, setting the strategic roadmap for your territory. 
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain deep, long-term rapport with medical industry experts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and lab directors. 
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain precise records of client interactions, monitor local sales trends, and ensure strict compliance with local healthcare regulations and ethical standards. 

What You Will Need: 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related clinical field. 
  • Industry Experience: Proven sales experience within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, diagnostics, and/or genetics. 
  • The Startup Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You are highly independent, proactive, organized, and driven by a desire to build things from the ground up. 
  • Communication Mastery: Stellar relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills—capable of holding commanding scientific conversations with senior clinicians. 
  • Tech Literacy: Familiarity with modern CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

What is Great to Have: 

  • Experience: 2–3 years of active commercial experience in the medical sales or pharmaceutical space. 
  • An Active Network: An established, strong sales network among Singapore's healthcare ecosystem (e.g., gastroenterologists, GPs, health screening clinics, hospital executives).
