Role Overview
The Retail Sales Executive / Senior Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering a premium, consistent customer experience at The Water Studio while supporting the achievement of retail sales targets.
This role focuses on strong sales fundamentals, product knowledge, and brand storytelling - ensuring every customer interaction reflects Hansgrohe's positioning as a premium, design-led brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Sales & Customer Experience
Attend to walk-in customers and deliver a warm, professional, and consultative sales experience
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bathroom and kitchen solutions
Support conversion of showroom traffic into sales through effective engagement and follow-up
Assist in preparing quotations, product selections, and basic configurations
Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
2. Product & Brand Representation
Develop strong knowledge of AXOR and Hansgrohe product ranges, features, and brand positioning
Communicate product benefits confidently, including design, functionality, and quality
Uphold brand storytelling standards in all customer interactions
3. Showroom Operations & Visual Standards
Support daily showroom operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for customers
Ensure product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising meet company standards
Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and replenishment coordination
4. Sales Administration & Follow-up
Support basic sales administration including quotations, order coordination, and documentation
Follow up on customer enquiries to support sales closure and conversion
Ensure accurate data entry into sales systems (e.g., SAP / C4C where applicable)
5. Support Retail Marketing & In-Store Activation
Support retail promotions, campaigns, and showroom events
Assist in driving participation in consumer initiatives (e.g. workshops, launches, promotions)
Contribute to increasing showroom traffic and engagement
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration, Online-to-Offline (O2O) & In-Store Activation
Work closely with Marketing and eCommerce teams to support O2O initiatives and end-to-end customer journey integration
Assist in the conversion of digital leads (e.g. website, social, campaigns) into showroom consultations and sales
Ensure seamless handover and follow-through of online enquiries to in-store engagement and purchase
Support execution of marketing campaigns, retail promotions, launches, and in-store activations in alignment with brand and commercial objectives
Contribute actively during showroom events (e.g. product launches, workshops, designer-led sessions) to drive customer engagement and sales conversion
Provide feedback on customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and product interest to support continuous optimisation across channels
Support creation of a consistent and premium brand experience across both online and offline touchpoints
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
2 - 5 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience (premium/luxury preferred)
Candidates with stronger experience and proven sales track record may be considered for Senior Retail Sales Executive
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for design, interiors, or premium lifestyle products
Familiarity with CRM systems SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) experience is a plus
