Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive, where you'll manage key customer relationships and drive business growth through field-based sales activities. This role offers an opportunity for a results-oriented individual to make a significant impact by expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture existing customer accounts while acquiring new ones (80% existing, 20% new). Conduct regular on-site customer visits and engage in technical discussions. Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with internal teams and overseas headquarters on daily sales activities, stock management, and documentation. Submit weekly sales reports outlining outcomes and actionable next steps. Provide basic product recommendations and technical support during customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales. Proven track record in field sales with frequent site visits. Ability to manage the sales process from quotation to delivery. Strong communication and reporting skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently. Proficient in basic Excel reporting. Valid driving license required. Diploma or Degree in Engineering is preferred. Technical sales experience is advantageous. Comfortable in customer-facing interactions.
