Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying and qualifying new prospects, managing full sales cycles, and providing technical support for Reserve Power Industrial Products. Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new business prospects to expand market opportunities
- Conduct sales visits to potential customers and follow up to advance sales discussions
- Search for and respond to private and public tender invitations to secure new contracts
- Execute full sales cycle activities including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing orders, and collecting payments
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and detailed product specifications to support customer decision-making
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Deliver weekly project and sales forecast updates to management for informed decision-making
- Attend site surveys and meetings as required to assess customer needs and project requirements
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to provide pre- and post-sales support ensuring successful project delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in M&E, Renewable Energy, or a related industry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proven sales track record, Positive and Proactive mindset, Good work attitude and Self starter
