2. Technical Sales & Product Presentation
- Explain technical features and benefits to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations
- Translate complex engineering concepts into practical business value
3. Preparing Quotations & Proposals
- Generate pricing, cost estimates, and technical proposals
- Coordinate with engineering/design teams for customized solutions
- Prepare tender submissions and documentation
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
- Follow up on leads and ongoing projects
- Handle negotiations, objections, and closing sales
5. Project Coordination
- Liaise between customers and internal departments, engineering, production, logistics, after-sales support
- Monitor delivery timelines and project progress
6. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Track industry trends and competitor products
- Identify new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows, site visits, and networking events
7. After-Sales Support
- Assist with troubleshooting or technical clarifications
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Support warranty or maintenance discussions
