We're looking for compassionate and responsible individuals to join our team as Eldercare & Medical Transport Drivers.
Work Locations
Assignments may be across various sites, including: Braddell . Eunos . Yew Tee . Ang Mo Kio . MacPherson . West Coast . Fajar .Lentor (Deployment may vary based on operational needs)
Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport elderly clients between their homes and care centres
- Operate both solo Eldercare Van services and 2-person Medical Transport teams
- Assist frail elderly passengers when boarding and alighting vehicles
- Secure wheelchairs using vehicle locking systems (requires bending/kneeling)
- Ensure all passengers are properly strapped in with safety belts
- Operate auto-lifters for wheelchair access
- Plan efficient daily routes for client pick-ups and drop-offs
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and speed limits
Training &Development
- Sponsored certification in First Aid
- Sponsored Defensive Driving Course
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level or Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level 4
- Valid Class 3 Driving License (min 3 years driving experience)
- BDVL Vocational Licence required
- Defensive Driving certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Caring personality with a passion for helping others
- Physically able to assist elderly passengers (including bending/kneeling)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Eldercare Driver role)
