Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic sales team as a full-cycle Sales Executive, where you'll have the autonomy to drive the entire sales process with Tier 3 & 4 airlines in the APAC region. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of airline prospects (Tier 3 & 4, <10M pax). Manage the complete sales cycle: outreach, relationship-building, needs analysis, product demonstrations, proposal development, and deal closure. Lead outbound prospecting efforts through calls, emails, and social media, while also nurturing inbound inquiries and referrals. Identify airline operational and commercial challenges, tailoring your sales pitch to address specific needs. Conduct engaging product demonstrations, quickly gaining product fluency to showcase clear value. Represent the company at crucial industry events and trade shows across Asia. Confidently negotiate deals and handle contract discussions, collaborating with management as needed. Ensure seamless handovers and ongoing collaboration with customer implementation teams. Actively use CRM to track activities, communicate updates, and share successes and challenges with the team. Continuously optimize your sales approaches, focusing on quality over quantity. Manage post-sale account success, serving as the primary point of contact to promote customer adoption, retention, and long-term growth alongside the Operations team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the airlines sector, including B2B sales, aviation SaaS, or travel technology. Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and trust with airline teams through sales or account management. Willingness to travel regularly across the APAC region for meetings and events. Strong interpersonal skills, with a practical and hands-on approach to sales.
