Job Description

Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in managing leads and driving sales success. This position offers opportunities to make a significant impact while providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Take full ownership of leads from initial contact to successful conversion. Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend suitable storage solutions. Actively follow up on all leads to maximise conversion rates. Maintain a structured follow-up approach (calls, messages, reminders). Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain strong enquiry-to-conversion ratios through disciplined execution. Upsell and cross-sell relevant services effectively. Handle objections confidently and address customer concerns. Support walk-in conversions in coordination with on-site teams. Accurately update lead statuses, interactions, and notes in the CRM. Ensure all customer communications are recorded properly. Provide consistent reporting on key metrics. Ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer service during onboarding. Set clear expectations with customers regarding pricing, promotions, and terms. Maintain a professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach. Provide feedback on customer behavior and market trends to improve sales scripts and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles. Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Proficient in utilizing WhatsApp, phone, and digital tools as primary sales channels. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously. Willingness to work Monday to Friday, with occasional rotation on selected Saturdays.
