We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging potential customers, supporting marketing campaigns, and promoting F12 Data's cybersecurity services and solutions. The role requires a combination of sales capability, communication skills, and basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound engagement.
- Generate and qualify leads for cybersecurity services and solutions.
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to support customer requirements and solution discussions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update company social media platforms and website content.
- Create marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Support event coordination, webinars, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in IT or cybersecurity industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
