We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging potential customers, supporting marketing campaigns, and promoting F12 Data's cybersecurity services and solutions. The role requires a combination of sales capability, communication skills, and basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound engagement.
  • Generate and qualify leads for cybersecurity services and solutions.
  • Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to support customer requirements and solution discussions.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update company social media platforms and website content.
  • Create marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Support event coordination, webinars, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Help strengthen brand visibility and market presence.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in IT or cybersecurity industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling managed services or IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products and services.
  • Digital marketing or social media marketing experience.
  • Presentation and proposal preparation skills.
  • Networking and relationship-building capabilities.
