At Zetta Solution, we help businesses in Singapore improve the way they work through technology, cloud-based solutions, and digitalization. We provide proprietary software and business solutions designed to support companies in their operations and growth.

We are looking for a driven, independent, and results-oriented IT Solutions Sales Executive to join us on a commission-based arrangement. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in networking, prospecting, and building relationships, and who wants the flexibility to grow their earnings based on performance.

This is a role for someone who knows how to open doors, create opportunities, and turn conversations into deals.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Source and generate your own sales leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and other business development efforts
  • Identify potential clients who may benefit from our software and digital solutions
  • Build and maintain your own sales pipeline through active prospecting and follow-up
  • Reach out to new business opportunities through calls, messages, emails, meetings, and other channels

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Introduce and present Zetta Solution's products and services to prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and identify suitable solutions based on their business requirements
  • Arrange meetings, discussions, and demos with qualified prospects where needed
  • Follow up consistently with leads to move opportunities towards closure

Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with prospects and clients
  • Act as a professional representative of the company in all client-facing interactions
  • Build trust with potential clients by understanding their operational challenges and business goals

Coordination & Closing Support

  • Work closely with the internal team when opportunities progress to discussion, proposal, or quotation stage
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to ensure proper follow-up and solution alignment
  • Support the coordination process leading up to deal closure

  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to new prospects
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of initiative
  • Able to identify opportunities and follow through consistently
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based arrangement
  • Familiarity with software, ERP, digital solutions, or B2B sales will be an advantage
