E-Commerce Coordinator

About the Role:

Our client a well established power tools distributor is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales coordination and digital marketing in a supportive environment.

Salary: up to $3,500
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm - Mon to Fri)
Work Location: Sin Ming (near MRT stations)

Responsibilities:
. Manage product listings, pricing, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms.
. Maintain site navigation, merchandising, and content updates.
. Handle order processing, fulfillment and coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
. Support indoor sales coordination and administrative operations.
. Key in invoices and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements:
. Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
. Candidates without experience but with keen interest are encouraged to apply
. Basic computer skills video editing or website update knowledge is an advantage
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
