We enable cashless convenience for parents and more efficient operations for schools. We are a profit-for-purpose business, using technology and customer support to improve school communities.
We're now expanding into Asia and the Middle East through Flexischools Asia, headquartered in Singapore. This expansion builds on our proven platform and operating model, bringing it to new markets with a localised approach.
The Role
This is an early career role designed for a high-potential candidate looking to build a career in sales within a growing technology business.
This role is offered as a 3-month fixed-term contract to support current growth and pipeline development across Asia and the Middle East. There may be an opportunity to extend, depending on business needs.
What you'll be doing
Sales Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a target list of schools across priority markets (Asia and the Middle East)
- Conduct research to improve data quality, including:
- Customer size, structure, and ownership
- Key decision-makers
- Existing solutions and adjacent systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems
Lead Qualification & Early Engagement
- Conduct initial outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to prospective schools
- Qualify leads based on fit, needs, and timing
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Support early-stage discovery conversations
Sales Support
- Assist the Head of Sales & Customer Success and broader team with:
- Preparing presentations and proposals
- Coordinating meetings and follow-ups
- Managing pipeline tracking and reporting
- Support the sales process from Lead → Qualified Opportunity → Proposal
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Monitor competitors, new schools, education groups, and industry trends
- Provide insights to support targeting and positioning
Industry Events & Conferences
- Attend industry events and conferences across the region
- Represent Flexischools Asia in a professional and engaging manner
- Support lead generation and follow-up activity
What you bring to the team
- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, OR strong academic background with demonstrated commercial interest.
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads into new business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and advance opportunities through a structured sales process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Flexibility to travel across the region as required

- Experience within education, SaaS, or similar environments
- CRM experience
- Additional languages relevant to target markets
