Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Job Description

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Assist the sales team with technical product knowledge and support.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing technical guidance and expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose suitable products or solutions.
• Work with the engineering team to understand the technical details of products and to resolve customer issues.
