Key Responsibilities
. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
. Manage, monitor, and review the sales performance and ensuring alignment with sales targets.
. Work closely with customers to achieve and exceed sales objectives
. Liaise and coordinate with factories on product information, product development, and delivery follow‑up
. Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies, targets, and action plans in line with the corporate objectives
. Monitor and review monthly sales results against plans and take concrete corrective actions to ensure targets are met
. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
Requirements
. Proven track record in a sales engineer or technical sales role
. Education: Diploma or higher qualification
. Strong technical skills and ability to explain complex products and solutions
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
. Language Advantage: Able to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and handle technical documentation
. Possess valid class 3 driving license
