Job Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain customer profiles on various e-banking platforms based on submitted documentation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Perform tagging of users as authorisers and/or administrators in the system when required, facilitating ongoing compliance screening.
- Handle enquiries and follow-ups related to customer profile maintenance, providing clear and professional communication.
- Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets accurately and promptly, contributing to efficient workflow management.
- Conduct live verification in systems to ensure data integrity and adherence to internal controls.
- Support other tasks or rotations as assigned within the department, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first attitude.
Job Qualifications
- Degree holder that demonstrates excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with at least 1 year of working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders as you will be a key part of a collaborative team.
- A highly responsible individual with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and detail.
- Proven ability to manage a workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and execute duties with speed and independence while maintaining high quality.
- Foundational understanding of PC usage and a keen awareness of internet security best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel (for data tracking and reporting), and ideally some familiarity with Access.
