About the Job
We are seeking applicants tojoin us as part of the dynamic frontline service team at Service Centre.
- Manage walk-in policyholders and Financial Representatives queries / requests onpolicy related matters queries/ requests (Life and General Insurance) within stipulated time
- Ensureunresolved issues over the counter are promptly followed up within stipulated time
- Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from policyholders,Financial Representatives and business partners
- Provide excellent customer service experience
- Manage customer feedbacks/ complaints with a good closure within the operational turnaround time
- Other incidental ad hoc duties to ensuresmooth functioning of various touchpoints such as assisting Digital Comms and Call Centre
- May be rotated amongst the different Service Centres
- Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned
What we are lookingfor
- GCE A / Diploma/ Degree holder from recognized institution Applicant withprofessional insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI, M5, M9, M9A and HealthInsurance will be advantageous.
- Those without experience are welcome to apply as training is provided
- A teamplayer with good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicant must be comfortable to work in Frontline Environment
- Meticulousand detail-oriented
- Possesses good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications Excel and Word
- Work independently as well as in a team
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
