Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on progress claims with clients to ensure timely payments and project cash flow
- Compile and organize project data accurately to support progress claim submissions
- Use Excel proficiently to analyze and present project data for reporting and claims purposes
- Manage submission timelines effectively to meet client and project requirements
- Demonstrate self-motivation to work independently and meet deadlines in a construction environment
- Apply knowledge of construction industry processes to support project financial tracking and documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction-related fields
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
