Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and issue monthly service invoices to ensure timely billing cycles
- Process and validate billing data meticulously to maintain complete and accurate invoicing
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation for audit readiness
- Perform administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and resolving internal queries to support the accounts department
- Learn and adhere quickly to company procedures, systems, and industry-specific terminology to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth billing and account processes
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet monthly account closing deadlines
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to manage financial data and reporting
- Apply knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP to enhance billing and record-keeping accuracy
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in accounts, administrative, or coordination roles demonstrating understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes
