Job Summary
Support project execution by planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities to ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes. Facilitate communication among stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and documentation for accurate tracking
- Track project progress and prepare regular status updates and reports to inform stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes to support project communication
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate collaboration
- Monitor project risks and issues, escalating them promptly to mitigate impact
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines through proactive oversight
- Support budget tracking and cost control activities to maintain project financial health
- Maintain accurate project records and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit purposes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience with project management tools is an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills demonstrated by managing multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing project tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant project coordination or administrative experience
