Job background

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales to meet the company's targets. You will play a key role in the growth of the company by actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that match their business requirements.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels including cold calls, networking, and client referrals.

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the company's products or services.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored product or service recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software, tracking key metrics such as leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review, outlining progress toward goals and key issues.
