(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Relationship Manager in managing client relationships, providing personalized service, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Assist the Relationship Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely support.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting required documentation, verifying identity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document Checks and Completion: Collating and ensuring documents are submitted according to our checklist and most importantly completing the necessary documents on behalf of our clients.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, promptly responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries, and effectively communicating updates and relevant information.
- Support: Assist and train clients in the use of MetaComp's systems for their trading/investment/fund management activities. Work closely with internal teams to test systems and provide feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about cryptocurrency markets, industry trends, and regulatory developments to provide clients with accurate information and insights.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, and assist in monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities or transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including Sales, Compliance, and Operations, to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin for communication with internal stakeholders.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrencies (e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus.
