Job Description

Woer is a leading global manufacturer of heat shrinkable materials, providing electromechanical insulation solutions for the automotive, electrical, utility, electronics, communications, power, petrochemical, aerospace and related industrial sectors.

We are urgently looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to develop and manage business opportunities in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, relevant industrial product sales experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, company management and China headquarters.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in selling heat shrink tubes, cable accessories, electrical insulation materials, new energy industrial products or related technical products in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base in Singapore.

  • Promote and sell heat shrink tubes, cable accessories, electrical insulation materials and related industrial products.

  • Identify, qualify and approach potential customers in target industries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, contractors, engineers and decision-makers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including customer enquiry, product recommendation, quotation, negotiation, order follow-up and after-sales coordination.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or solution recommendations.

  • Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, competitor information and industry trends.

  • Work closely with internal departments, including product, operations, logistics and headquarters teams, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve sales targets and business development objectives assigned by the company.

  • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen.

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience in Singapore.

  • Experience in selling heat shrink tubes, cable accessories, electrical insulation materials, new energy industrial products, electrical components or related industrial products is strongly preferred.

  • Good understanding of the Singapore business environment and local customer communication practices.

  • Strong ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships.

  • Good negotiation, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Able to communicate in English for business discussions with local customers and partners.

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking management and China headquarters.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented and able to work independently.

  • Candidates with existing customer resources or industry contacts will be highly preferred.
