The organisation has been operating for over 27 years and workstowards narrowing the gender equality gap through education and raisingawareness and advocacy on issues such as women's empowerment and anti-violence,with the support of key stakeholders including corporate partners, governmentagencies, academia, the diplomatic community, other non-profit and communitygroups and the wider community.
Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Partnerships and Fundraising Associateto support the development and implementation of diverse fundraisingstrategies. This role involves planning flagship events, exploring alternativefundraising models, and building strategic partnerships, with a focus onraising funds through multiple channels such as retail, digital campaigns, CSRcollaborations, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is organised,relationship-oriented, and passionate about driving social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Execution
. Support the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives across variouschannels, including events, digital campaigns, retail collaborations, CSRpartnerships, and peer-to-peer fundraising.
. Coordinate flagship fundraising events, handling logistics, budgets, permits,vendors, and on-site operations.
. Stock management of fundraising merchandise.
. Collaborate with Communications to develop outreach materials and promotecampaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
. Assist in donor engagement, campaign tracking, and volunteer coordination forboth event-based and non-event fundraising activities.
. Evaluate the performance of fundraising efforts to identify opportunities forinnovation and continuous improvement.
Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement
. Support the implementation of partnership and stakeholder engagement strategiesto foster strong, long-term relationships.
. Maintain regular communication with partners, sponsors, donors, and volunteersthrough email, newsletters, and social media.
. Assist in managing donor relationships, including recurring contributions, andrecognition efforts.
. Collaborate with the Programmes Team to align fundraising efforts withprogramme needs and ensure adequate financial support for ongoing initiatives.
. Coordinate engagement activities for volunteers, members, and interns to builda strong supporter community.
Alternative Fundraising & RetailPartnerships
. Supportthe Asst. Manager in identifying and implementing innovative fundraisingchannels including CSR tie-ups, cause marketing, peer-to-peer, and digitalcampaigns.
. Developand manage partnerships with retail brands and outlets for co-brandedcampaigns, donation drives, and revenue-sharing models.
. Explorecollaborations with lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer brands aligned withthe organisation's mission.
. Monitortrends in philanthropy, retail, and digital fundraising to propose fresh,creative fundraising ideas.
Internal Coordination & Administration
. Maintaineffective communication with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficiencyacross fundraising efforts.
. Ensureaccurate documentation and coordination of all activities related to partners,events, campaigns, and donor engagement.
. Supportreporting and data entry tasks related to fundraising, partnerships, and donormanagement.
. Performother duties as assigned in support of the team's objectives.
Requirements
. Bachelor'sdegree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Business, or relatedfield.
. 1+years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, event planning, orstakeholder engagement.
. Strongwritten and verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasiveapproach.
. Highlyorganized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
. Creative,proactive mindset and willingness to explore new fundraising models.
. Collaborativeteam player with strong interpersonal skills.
. Familiaritywith fundraising tools, CRM systems, or event management software is a plus.
. Passionfor community development, education, or social impact.
. Comfortablewith data tracking, donor reporting, and campaign analysis.
. Experienceworking with volunteers, donors, or CSR teams.
. Bachelor'sdegree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Business, or relatedfield.
Must be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
