Job Description

Role Purpose

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of our instant noodles brand across Singapore. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence in both Modern Trade (Supermarkets, Convenience Stores) and General Trade (Provision shops, Mini-marts), ensuring our products are always available, visible, and preferred by consumers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within assigned territories.
  • Identify and hunt for new business opportunities, including opening new accounts in the General Trade sector and expanding listings in Modern Trade.
  • Conduct regular store visits to build strong relationships with store managers, owners, and category buyers.

2. Account Management & Execution

  • Oversee 5P execution at the store level: Product availability, Pricing compliance, Placement (shelf share), Promotional execution, and Point-of-Sale materials (POSM).
  • Negotiate for prime eye-level shelf space and secondary displays (end-caps, floor stackers) to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor stock levels at the outlet level to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations and manage first-in, first-out (FIFO) to minimize expired stock returns.

3. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to execute sampling activations, roadshows, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Chinese New Year promotions).
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery schedules and order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry (experience in dry groceries or instant noodles is a significant plus).
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Mobility: A valid driving license and/or own vehicle is highly preferred.
