Job Summary
You will engage with customers working in government institutes and academic universities to deliver exceptional service and support, driving customer satisfaction and fostering strong professional relationships. You will manage communications through email and phone, ensuring diligent follow-up and effective resolution of inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds in government institutes
- Conduct on-site visits to government customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendation of products and services
- Manage email and phone correspondence with patience and diligence to resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word to document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Apply customer service and sales skills to build trust and promote positive customer experiences
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma, Advanced, Higher, or Graduate degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- Proficiency in English for effective communication in a professional setting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales-related roles
