Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking,and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or solutions to meet those needs.
- Promote and sell company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within approved guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and industry events as required.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager or management team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Relevant industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
