Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking,and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or solutions to meet those needs.
  • Promote and sell company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within approved guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and industry events as required.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager or management team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Relevant industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
