Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Support revenue growth through the sale of company products and services
- Identify customer needs and prepare sales proposals and quotations.
- Learn and apply fundamental sales techniques to engage customers and support deal closure.
- Manage the sales process, including lead follow‑up, customer communications, and documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and responsive support.
- Support the management and growth of relationships with existing customers by providing timely communication and coordination.
- Prepare, track, and follow up on RFQs, quotations, and tenders under the guidance of senior sales team members.
- Assist in price discussions, payment terms, delivery schedules, and basic contract conditions, escalating complex negotiations when required.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support the achievement of agreed sales targets and gross margin objectives through effective execution of assigned sales activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Preferably with knowledge of OCTG specifications, understanding of API standards and quality document and ability to interpret technical and commercial requirements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Flexible to travel to meet business demands.
