RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage all aspect of policy documentation such as new business, endorsements, renewals and etc
• To participate at company level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve and expand Company's operations/ business.
• Manage and implement proper credit control procedures and bad debt recovery with or without involvement of Credit Controller.
• To review and improve the Department's operation/ business.
• To undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary education
• Relevant qualifications in general insurance (minimum CGI) - preferred but not a must

OTHER INFORMATION

• Minimum 1 year experience in general insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and organised
