- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the smooth execution of inbound and outbound shipments, as well as order fulfilment processes
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, distributors, logistics service providers (LSPs), and customers to provide updates and ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities
- Prepare and manage required documentation, declarations, and labeling to facilitate transportation, trade, and payment processes among all relevant parties (including banks, insurers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers)
- Identify, document, and report issues or challenges during logistics and order processing (e.g., cargo damage, quality concerns, or discrepancies) to management in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit daily/monthly reports on order status, billing, and operational performance
- Maintain proper documentation records, including annual archiving and storage, and coordinate with document management service providers
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management to enhance overall operational efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or order management (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions
- Familiarity with logistics documentation and international trade processes is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment
