Job Description

About Company:

Our client is a global integrated logistics company engaged in the warehousing, transport, and forwarding. They offer optimal logistics through their reliable expertise about cargo and their diverse line-up of services.

Job Description:

- Manage and grow relationships with existing Japanese-affiliated corporate clients

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tailored logistics solutions

- Strategically organize and prioritize the client portfolio to maximize business opportunities

- Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, and operations teams

- Maintain accurate, timely reporting and internal communication

- Liaise with the Japanese head office and group companies as needed

- Support contract documentation, credit management, and customer master data alongside the Sales Support team

Job Requirements:

- Native-level Japanese is essential, over 90% of the client base is Japanese-affiliated, and all client communication, internal reporting, and head office liaison are conducted in Japanese language

- Business-level English (for internal Singapore operations and non-Japanese stakeholders)

- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or client-facing commercial roles

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills

- Proactive mindset, able to think strategically and act independently

- Willingness to work across two office locations (80% / 20% split)

Compensation:

- Working location: Clementi & Changi

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

- Variable Bonuses

- OT Pay
