Job Summary
Lead strategic account expansion and revenue growth for key regional clients by developing customer insights, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving cross-functional project execution in telecom and emerging technology sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall expansion strategy and drive annual revenue targets for key strategic accounts (including both Chinese-funded and multinational clients) within the region.
- Develop deep customer insights, build account demand mapping and competitive landscape analysis, and identify high-potential growth opportunities across the region.
- Establish and manage multi-level stakeholder engagement frameworks for key accounts, including executive-level relationship development to strengthen customer stickiness and deepen strategic partnerships.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and formulate differentiated competitive strategies lead the development of value propositions and competitive approaches for priority accounts.
- Develop and execute targeted business expansion plans for strategic accounts, driving country-level implementation across focus areas such as AIDC, computing power, cloud services, platform-based solutions, and other emerging businesses.
- Lead major regional projects (in collaboration with regional HQ and country teams), overseeing opportunity positioning, solution planning, commercial strategy, and bid management to ensure successful project execution.
- Expand and manage the partner ecosystem around strategic accounts, promoting joint innovation, co-marketing initiatives, and collaborative bidding efforts.
- Conduct regular strategic account performance reviews and business analysis, reporting key project progress and expansion outcomes to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of telecom products and solutions, including transmission, IP, IDC, cloud services, system integration, and emerging strategic businesses.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the IT or telecommunications industry, particularly in managing OTT clients, with a proven track record in enterprise sales. Experience with multinational or Chinese-funded OTT companies is preferred.
- Strong strategic account insight and multi-level stakeholder engagement capability, with the ability to drive executive-level interactions and strategic partnerships.
- Proven project management skills, capable of leading cross-departmental and cross-country large-scale bidding and project execution.
- High sense of ownership, strong learning agility and execution capability self-driven with excellent communication and coordination skills able to work under pressure and willing to travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools strong analytical, information-gathering, and written communication skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese because the candidate needs to liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
