About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team, helping us bring fresh, high-quality produce to the FMCG, F&B, and hospitality sectors.
This is not just about meeting sales targets-it's about understanding customer needs, growing strong partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth in the fresh produce industry.
What You'll Do
- Generate New Sales: Identify and approach potential customers, build a strong sales pipeline, and consistently meet (or exceed!) monthly targets.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Align with marketing efforts to maximize business opportunities and deliver results.
- Know Your Vegetables : Learn about a wide variety of fresh produce (training provided) and confidently present them to customers.
- Target the Right Markets: Engage clients in FMCG, hotels, restaurants, and the F&B industry.
- Track & Report: Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and continuously improve strategies for success.
What We're Looking For
- Open to Singaporeans, PRs, or valid work pass holders only.
- Secondary or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven sales experience (vegetables, fresh produce, FMCG, F&B, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with the local F&B/FMCG landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Independent, goal-driven, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Multilingual skills to connect with a wide variety of stakeholders.
