What youll do:

As a Sales Executive/ Senior Executive, you will play an integral role in fostering long-term partnerships with key clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the food sector.   • Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by expanding the customer base and contributing directly to the companys overall growth objectives.
  • Develop, negotiate, and execute tailored marketing and promotional strategies that align with client needs while meeting revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions, campaigns, and successful product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, analyse competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Take responsibility for new product listings by planning and implementing effective promotional strategies that maximise visibility and uptake.
  • Handle consumer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution that upholds the companys reputation for excellent service.
  • Track sales performance meticulously, prepare comprehensive reports, and present accurate forecasts to management for informed decision-making.
  • Analyse data from various sources to generate relevant reports that support management in strategic planning processes.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the wider sales function and contribute positively to team objectives.

The ideal candidate for the Sales Executive/ Senior Executive position brings hands-on experience from the food sales sector along with formal education in business administration or a similar field.   • Proficiency in computer applications with particular strength in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Experience gathering data from multiple sources to inform persuasive recommendations or influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills enabling you to present ideas credibly while building trust with both internal colleagues and external partners.
  • A positive attitude combined with motivation to achieve results through teamwork as well as individual effort when required.
