Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Source and develop new clients to grow the sales portfolio.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits, meetings, and product presentations.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts and weekly appointment reports.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong self-discipline and lead by example in sales performance and professionalism.
- Build strong customer rapport and act as a positive representative of the company.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and act as a team player while managing assigned accounts responsibly.
Requirements:
- Working experience, preferably with prior sales experience in the F&B industry or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Possess a valid driver's license and willing to travel (if required).
