Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in handling basic sales operations including airline ticket reservations and issuance.
2. Support sales market development and maintain relationships with channel partners.
3. Provide assistance in pre-sales and after-sales passenger services.
4. Assist with daily administrative tasks related to business operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with strong learning ability. Proficiency in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, patient, and a good team player with a friendly demeanor.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Prior work experience in the aviation or travel industry is preferred.
5. Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
