What You'll Do:

• Leverage your existing client network to drive new business
• Prospect through cold-calls, referrals, and networking
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to deal closure
• Build long-term relationships with key clients
• Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
• Work closely with the Head of Sales on commercial strategies
• Keep CRM records updated and accurate

Who You Are:

• At least 1 year of freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) sales experience
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
