Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities.
- Maintaining and developing a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
- To identify potential customers in the market and to probe for opportunities for market share increment.
- Other Assignments:Plan, organise and control of department activities such as costing, quotation, tender etc.
- Resources and manpower planning to maximise utilization to meet the sales target.
- Analyse and review customer's feedback on project works and laboratory services.
- Handling of customer complaints and feedback to customer to ensure proper resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through close monitoring of project report on time delivery.
- Study and understand the market competitor's activities and laboratory testing trends.
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategy to achieve measurable sales target.
- Perform other job related duties as may be assigned by the top management.
- Quantitative Personal Key Performance Index:Plan, develop and achieves sales value of SGD 20,000 every month.
Qualifications
- Minimum a Degree/Diploma holder in Business, marketing, chemistry or equivalent, with relevant Experience/s
