Sales Executive (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• To achieve sales target set by management.
• Idetify opportunities from construction market and potential client for growth, to follow up on sales lead.
• Preparation of presentation required by customer and organise sales visits with developers, main contractors, architects and consultants.
• Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship.
• Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors etc.)
• Monthly reporting to the manager.
• Provide support and solution to customer.
• Manage any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 3 years sales experience in the construction industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skill to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good presentation, negotiation and prospecting skills
• Responsible, independent and team player
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
