Responsible for growing sales of pastry skin,frozen prduct and ready-to-eat products by managing distribution partners (local & export wholesalers, food distributors, resellers) and vending machine operators. This role focuses on building strong partner relationships, securing new accounts, and ensuring smooth sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution
- Develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and bulk buyers (local & overseas).
- Handle onboarding of new distribution partners and expand product reach.
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and contracts with distribution partners.
- Support partners with product training, marketing materials, and sales programs.
- Monitor partner stock, sell-through rates, and ensure smooth supply flow.
Vending
- Acquire new vending machine operators and manage existing accounts.
- Track vending machine sales performance and ensure stock replenishment.
- Work with operations team on product supply, logistics, and promotions.
- Execute marketing campaigns and product trials in vending channels.
Operations & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and admin teams for order fulfilment.
- Monitor payments and ensure timely collection.
- Provide sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
- Share market insights and competitor activity for business planning.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG/food distribution, wholesale, or vending sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with distribution channels and vending industry is an advantage.
- Proactive, results-driven, and independent worker.
- Willing to travel locally and regionally when required.
