- Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Waste Management / Environmental Services)
- Location: West Area (Company transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday: 8.00am - 12.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus + Petrol Allowance + Mobile Allowance

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial, marine, and commercial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research and generate sales leads through networking and business development activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and service agreements based on customer requirements
- Promote waste management and environmental service solutions to clients
- Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and project progress
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management review
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking activities when required
- Support customer retention and maintain service quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Experience in sales, business development, environmental services, logistics, industrial services, or related industries preferred
- Knowledge of waste management or environmental services will be an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for business activities when required
