Job Summary
You will drive sales by understanding yoga class offerings, conducting personalised consultations, closing memberships, and ensuring excellent after-sales service to support members ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Understand different types of yoga classes and their benefits to effectively recommend suitable classes and membership packages during personalised consultations
- Close membership sales and complete all related documentation accurately following the studio's sales process
- Respond promptly to member and potential member enquiries through online and offline channels to provide timely information and support
- Deliver diligent after-sales service by guiding members in their yoga journey in collaboration with instructors to ensure a smooth studio experience
- Analyse CRM data to identify actionable follow-ups that reactivate, re-engage, and retain current and past members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member details in the studio's operating system to support smooth operations and communications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English to engage effectively with members and team
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus to better serve a diverse member base
- Strong service orientation and ability to build rapport with members
- Results-focused mindset to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Organised and detail-oriented to manage sales documentation and member data accurately
- Positive, can-do attitude to contribute to a supportive and dynamic team environment

- Compensation includes a base salary plus a generous, uncapped commission structure rewarding sales performance: Close more, earn more.
