- Position : Sales & Business Development Manager (Waste Management / Environmental Services)
- Location : Few bus stops from Jurong East MRT ( company bus provided)
- Working hours : 5.5 days, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm
- Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $7,500 + Petrol fleet card ($500), mobile + 14 days annual leave + Variable Bonus + Commission

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business opportunities in waste management and environmental services
- Identify and engage potential clients across industrial, marine, and commercial sectors
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and service agreements based on client requirements and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to align service solutions with customer needs
- Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry compliance requirements
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular management reports
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and business development initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Relevant B2B sales experience in environmental services, industrial sectors, or related industries preferred
- Knowledge of hazardous waste handling, treatment, or disposal solutions will be an advantage
- Familiar with environmental regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
