Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate sales terms and close deals. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless event execution and ongoing communication with stakeholders is a key part of the role.
This role includes a performance-based commission structure.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across exhibitors for the company's events
- Support outreach for sponsorship and partnership leads
- Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries, including presenting event opportunities and following up with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat participation and account growth
- Present standard sponsorship packages and support the execution of sponsorship opportunities
- Negotiate exhibitor sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and client communications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfilment of client deliverables
- Support post-event relationship management to encourage retention and upselling
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation
- Experience in business development and strategic account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge in market analysis, trend forecasting, and sales strategies
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the events, lifestyle, or entertainment industry is a plus
- Relevant educational background or prior working experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
