Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to drive new business across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This senior individual contributor role focuses on owning complex B2B opportunities, closing high-value deals (100K), and managing long decision cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end complex enterprise sales cycles to secure high-value deals (100K) that contribute to business growth.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and cold outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders and buying committees to align solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions to identify client needs and position technical solutions as clear business value propositions.
  • Translate complex technical offerings into compelling business benefits to facilitate decision-making.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals to maximize value and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage long sales cycles, maintaining momentum from initial discovery through to deal closure.
  • Conduct in-person executive and client meetings to build trust and deepen relationships.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting to support sales planning and performance tracking.
  • Resolve deal challenges proactively to sustain sales momentum and achieve revenue targets.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in Southeast Asia or Singapore markets to navigate regional business dynamics effectively.
  • Industry experience in technical or industrial environments to understand client contexts and tailor solutions accordingly.
