Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our immigration and education services, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will play a key role in helping prospective clients achieve their goals while contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and approach potential clients interested in immigration and international education services.

  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and outreach campaigns.

  • Present and promote company services to clients, highlighting key benefits and unique selling points.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions from the company's range of services.

  • Provide timely follow-up and support to clients throughout the decision-making process.

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

3. Consultation & Guidance

  • Provide basic guidance and information about immigration programs, study abroad destinations, course options, and application processes.

  • Collaborate with senior counselors or consultants to help present detailed case strategies.

  • Answer client queries related to services, pricing, timelines, and documentation.

4. Sales Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, conversations, and client feedback in the CRM system.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation efforts.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with counselors, marketing staff, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

  • Share market insights and feedback to improve service offerings.

6. Market Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and immigration policy changes.

  • Use market insights to refine sales pitches and reach target audiences more effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven sales experience (preferably in education, immigration, consulting, or services sector).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
