The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing a defined territory, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term customer partnerships. The role involves consultative selling of technical solutions to customers across manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, food, and related industries.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and market segments
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal submission and contract closure
Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Understand customer operational requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
Expand account penetration through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
Translate technical specifications into clear commercial value propositions
Work closely with internal technical and service teams to deliver integrated solutions
Partner with marketing, service, and operations teams to support campaigns and project execution
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and project deliverables
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or technical products
Strong communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
