Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of driving sales performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Manage and grow existing client accounts to achieve sales targets
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of sales or business development experience (fresh grads with strong drive may be considered)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
