Job Description

Responsibilities:

Accounts

  • Handle full sets of accounts
  • Handle submit GST filing and ensure timely submission to IRAS.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with China teams to ensure collect billing.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

HR

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
  • Handle all matters related to MOM, CPF and IRAS such as NS claims, childcare leave claim. etc.
  • MOM Surveys, Workplace Safety & Health and Risk Assessment
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or higher educational qualification.
  • 3 years accounting experience or above
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in MYOB accounting software
  • Able to read and write in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts.
  • Ability to multitask, responsible, well organized, independent and self-motivated priorities in dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and good working attitude, interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.
  • Immediate available is preferable
